A symphony of engineering that unites the banks of the Musi and Esa rivers. The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), has started work on 5 bridges across the Musi and Esa rivers. The proposed bridges will be located in Rajendra Nagar, Budvel, Manchirevula, Uppal Bagayat, and Pratap Singaram suburbs.
Improved Mobility: Considering the growing population, the need for a better road network and the increasing density of traffic requires additional bridges. These constructions assist the free mobility of residents across the rivers of Musi and Esa.
Proposed Budget: The total cost of these bridges is estimated to be Rs.129.76 crore. All of these bridges are 4-laned and will be 180-210 meters long. Tenders have already been called as HMDA aims to provide essential infrastructure to cater to the growing urban population.

A Hybrid Conference: The conference comprised 8 scientific sessions with presentations from 14 international and 52 national expert faculty members with diverse expertise. It was held in hybrid mode from 7th to 9th July 2023 at the School of Life Sciences, University of Hyderabad.
Silver Linings: Themed “Genetics & Genomics in Health & Disease”, the conference aims to promote education among researchers, specialists, and doctors about current topics of Genetics.
